THE WELL TRAVELED FORK was a culinary tourism business dedicated to educating people on the importance of knowing where your food comes from. Chef Bette Fraser, owner of the company, was an early advocate of the Farm to Table movement in central Oregon. She connected local farmers to the general public through culinary tours and farm-fresh cooking classes.
